April is STOP Sports Injury Month ACL Injury Risk and Prevention Screenings Overhead & Throwing Sports Injury risk, prevention & treatment discussion by Dr. Daniel Solomon and Dr. Mark Lawler of Marin Orthopedics Date: Monday, April 30, 2012 Time: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM PDT Audience: Athletic Directors, Coaches, Athletes and Families Location: Sport and Spine Therapy of Marin 220 Greenfield Avenue, San Anselmo, California Click here for directions Description: Our ACL injury screenings consist of a series of 6 to 7 sport-specific functional tests on athletes with the intention of identifying those athletes that are at risk for a knee injury. The screenings are conducted by a licensed physical therapist. Co-Sponsored by Marin Orthopedics Dr. Daniel Solomon will be speaking on injuries and over use problems in overhead and throwing sports.
